The products presented in the Prebiosweet online store are food products.
In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, regarding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” high-quality food products are not subject to exchange or return.

Exchange and Return of Goods of IMPROPER Quality

Please open and check the contents and condition of your parcel at the carrier’s office.
If you notice any signs of package tampering, damage, or anything that raises doubts about the integrity and preservation of the goods, you must report it at the carrier’s office and issue a return without accepting the goods.

We insure 100% of all shipments, and the carrier bears 100% responsibility for the integrity of the goods.

If You Received a Product of Improper Quality

You may request:

• Replacement of the defective product with a high-quality one,

• Refund for the defective product,

• Exchange or return of the defective product,

provided that you have the original sales receipt (invoice).
