Delivery:

Most orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 13:00. Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery time for most orders is 1 business day, although in some cases it may take 2–3 days.

We cooperate with all major delivery services. After dispatch, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Important Notice:

Goods are stored at Nova Poshta branches for up to 5 business days. After this period, without additional notice, the package is returned to the sender. If desired, we can arrange delivery directly to your office or apartment in accordance with Nova Poshta tariffs.

To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend checking the status of your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

You may pick up your order from our warehouse at:

Pickup is available only after confirming your order with a manager.
