Description Lactusan 100 g, syrup for fixings

Method of curing

For dysbacteriosis:

  • add 2 teaspoons of syrup 2 times a day;
  • children over 3 years of age - 1 teaspoon per day;
  • for children aged 1 to 3 years - 0.5-1 teaspoon per day.

Not a single study of lactulose stagnation during the entire period of time contained any direct or indirect evidence of its mutagenic, genotoxic or teratogenic effects.

For constipation:

  • when older - 2 tablespoons 1 time per day;
  • for children 1 year of age, 1-2 teaspoons per day.

For severe chronic constipation, the dose of miya buti is increased to 4 - 5 tablespoons 1 time per day at the heart.

However, in case of trival stagnation of lactulose as a carry-over dose (according to scientific data - up to 8 years) there is no risk of triggering effect, and the patient is also dependent on the drug.

Particularity of stagnation.

In case of dysbacteriosis, which is accompanied by some rare elements, it is important to take Lactusan immediately: the daily dose is divided into several doses (2-4 times) per day and taken every hour.

For constipation, it is more effective to take the entire supplementary dose once a day.

Content: Lactulose (more than 36%) in the form of concentrate “Lactusan”. Additive component: citric acid. Instead of lactose in the preparation - less than 12%, galactose - up to 6%.

Recommendations before use:

  • in case of intestinal dysbacteriosis in adults and children ;
  • in case of chronic constipation in elderly people, children, as well as pregnant and sick people, who are in need of bed rest;
  • for allergic reactions;
  • to activate the intestinal immune system.
  • prevention of constipation and diarrhea caused by dysbacteriosis.

Contraindications: Galactosemia, lactase deficiency, sensitivity to the components of the drug.

More about Lactusan Why use Lactulose Lactusan?

In small doses, lactulose is suitable for enriching dairy products, baby cereals, cereals, muesli, and bakery products. In large doses, it is similar to natural fruit, which is suitable for both children and adults.

How to take Lactulose?

The drug lasts as long as it is taken by: adults and children aged 14 years - 15-20 ml; children aged 5 to 14 years - 5-10 ml; children aged 1 to 5 years - 2.5-5 ml. If necessary, the dosage can be increased for adults to 40 ml per dose. The syrup can be taken vaginally for constipation and toxicosis.

How does lactulose affect the human body?

Pharmacodynamics. In the gut, lactulose is broken down by intestinal bacteria into low molecular weight organic acids. These acids lower the pH of the lumen of the colon and, through the osmotic effect, increase the volume of the intestine. This stimulates colon peristalsis and normalizes the consistency of stool.

Is lactulose a good prebiotic?

Thus, lactulose meets the criteria for prebiotic carbohydrates, which are defined as non-poisoned food ingredients that vibrately stimulate the growth and activity of intestinal bacteria.

Why prevent lactulose from entering the intestines?

Stimulates the growth of intestinal bacteria that are considered healthy (for example, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus spp.) suppresses the growth of pathogenic bacteria (for example, song clostridia) increases the production of bark metabolites [for example, fatty acids (SCFA)] colors the mineral clay.

Is lactulose safe for the liver?

Lactulose is also used to reduce the amount of ammonia in the blood of patients with liver disease. It works by drawing ammonia from the blood into the colon so that it is not excreted from the body.

 Why do you need to take Lactusan?

This is a prebiotic substance that is stagnated to renew the intestinal microflora, preventing constipation. Lactusan is also widely used in weight loss diets.

Preserve the product in a container at a temperature of 0°C to 30°C and water content is no more than 80%. Keep out of the reach of children.
